LED retrofits, and the utility rebate that can pay for them
A lot of commercial buildings in the Yakima Valley are still lit by old fixtures that draw power all day. An LED lighting retrofit swaps them for fixtures that use less and throw cleaner light, and the difference shows up on the power bill every month.
We can work with multiple lighting vendors to see if your commercial building qualifies for a rebate. That means a portion of your project could be paid for by the utility company, sometimes up to 70% of costs are covered. What qualifies depends on the fixtures you have now and what replaces them, so ask us before you order anything.

What we install for businesses
The list is LED Lighting Retrofits, Interior Building Lighting, Exterior Building Lighting and Parking Lot Lighting: the jobs that keep a building usable from the back room to the far end of the lot.
For offices we install dimming controls with motion sensors, so lights ease down in an empty room and come back up when someone walks in. We also install Level II Commercial Vehicle Chargers for the vehicles that park at your business.

Service and repair for businesses
Service calls for a business are about keeping the doors open, so a dead circuit is treated as the shop's problem, not a ticket in a queue.
